Royal Columbian Hospital provides ~80,000 ED visits per year. It is a level 1 trauma center and is the tertiary care for Fraser Health, the largest health authority in BC.

It provides a full range of medical, surgical, and interventional radiology services for ~1.9 million people, including interventional cardiology, cardiac surgery, neurosurgery, ICU, and NICU.

Eagle Ridge Hospital is a community hospital with close ties to Royal Columbian.
